Product Manager – AI Enterprise SaaS

We are a digital agency and software company delivering AI-powered engagement, compliance, and insight solutions that help brands scale and enrich customer experiences across social and digital channels. We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager with a strong balance of product execution and product marketing experience to support the development of AI-enabled enterprise SaaS products. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who can translate customer and market needs into product strategy, clearly articulate value and positioning, and partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to bring AI-powered capabilities to market. You will play a key role in product roadmap execution, go-to-market readiness, and customer-facing product communication, supporting the launch and adoption of machine learning–driven features in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Market Insight • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify unmet needs, product opportunities, and differentiation • Partner with Product Leadership to support roadmap planning and prioritization aligned with business and market goals Requirements & Delivery • Gather, document, and refine product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, Engineering, and UX • Translate product concepts into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX throughout the Agile development lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery • Participate in testing and validation of features prior to release Product Marketing & Go-To-Market • Define and articulate product value propositions, positioning, and key messaging in partnership with Marketing • Support product launches, including release planning, internal enablement, and external communications • Develop and contribute to product documentation, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing collateral • Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and release information to cross-functional and non-technical audiences Customer & Partner Engagement • Support customers in product usage, adoption, and feedback collection • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Professional Services to ensure successful rollout and ongoing adoption • Support third-party vendor and partner integrations, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer value Required Experience • 3+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise SaaS or B2B software environments • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives • Experience working on AI-enabled or data-driven products • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and model-powered features (no data science background required) • Strong ability to translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements • Experience collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer-facing teams • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira, TargetProcess, or similar Apply tot his job
