About the Role We're looking for a motivated, results-oriented Account Executive to help drive new business and revenue growth. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and discovery through product demos and closing deals. This is an opportunity for a curious, analytical sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity environment. You will focus on developing new business within mid-market and enterprise-level organizations, engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating more complex sales cycles. What You'll Do • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and networking (100–150 daily connections). • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects. • Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify and engage key decision makers. • Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos that clearly communicate our value. • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to close. • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies. • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals. What You'll Bring • 3+ years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, or Inside Sales roles with proven closing success. • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts, with comfort handling longer, more strategic sales cycles. • Naturally curious and investigative - skilled at researching and identifying the right prospects. • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident and professional. • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM. • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
