Overview
We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth by expanding our client base and strengthening existing relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals to leverage their expertise in B2B sales, management, and territory development to promote innovative payment solutions and contribute to our company's success. This 1099 position offers High uncapped commissions with reoccuring monthly residuals along with paid training.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our payment solutions.
  • Manage a designated territory by building strong relationships with local businesses, understanding their needs, and providing tailored payment processing options.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Follow up with existing clients to upsell additional services, ensure satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and participate in industry events to increase brand awareness.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on management or business development.
  • Strong territory management skills with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and upsell additional solutions based on client needs.
