The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst supports financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities that help drive informed business decisions. This role prepares standard and ad hoc reports, supports budgeting and forecasting, and partners closely with Finance and crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate data, meaningful insights, and continuous improvement in reporting processes. This position is onsite in La Crosse or Madison, WI. #SupplyYourFuture

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate standard financial reports, analyses, and data sets to support internal stakeholders.
  • Perform routine variance and trend analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify notable results and escalate findings to senior FP&A team members as appropriate.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and other planning activities by assisting with data preparation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Extract, validate, organize, and maintain financial data from ERP and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain financial reporting templates, tools, and supporting documentation in accordance with established standards.
  • Prepare standard and adhoc reports, tables, charts, and exhibits to support operational and financial reviews.
  • Support commission reporting administration and other recurring Finance processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and consistency; support implementation efforts led by senior FP&A staff.
  • Assist with internal audit requests, data validation, and compliancerelated reporting.
  • Serve as a finance support resource for assigned branch locations or business divisions under the guidance of senior FP&A team members.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and other Finance team members to support data integrity and reporting alignment.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions , and basic data analysis
  • Familiarity with financial planning, reporting, or data visualization tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Tableau, or similar platforms) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
