The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The Credit Card Product Manager will own product strategy from concept through launch, along with future iterations, and will have accountability to manage and improve product performance over time. The Credit Card Product Manager should be able and willing to use both research and analytics to build delightful and innovative products.
