This role offers exceptional breadth and autonomy: you'll help shape strategy with leadership, drive partner acquisition, support board reporting, and unlock insights from our rapidly-evolving platform. With ambitious growth targets and a lean team, you'll define how Lottie creates value from its unique data asset.<br><br>What does this role involve?<br><br><ul><li>The full-stack of data analytics tasks: building data pipelines, dashboards and reports, experimentation, and presenting insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborating very closely with colleagues in Commercial, Product & Finance (these are the primary stakeholders of this particular role) to drive strategic decision making.</li><li>Writing clean, efficient, well documented SQL at a fast pace.</li><li>Experimenting with AI tools and integrations to enhance quality and internal productivity.</li><li>Contributing to a culture of curiosity and helping everyone at Lottie to better understand the business.<br><br></li></ul>What problems will you be solving?<br><br><ul><li> Driving commercial growth through data - As we ship rapidly, you'll harness data in BigQuery to identify acquisition opportunities, build compelling analyses in Hex that demonstrate platform value, and train team members to use Metabase to self-serve repeatedly.</li><li> Unlocking product intelligence - Working across our modern analytics stack, you'll uncover how care providers interact with our platform, using experiments and analytics techniques to understand cause and effect, and play a key role in communicating Found's value proposition across the business.</li><li> Enabling financial excellence and board-level insights - You'll work with Finance to optimize processes, ensure accuracy, and support critical board reporting.</li><li> Building data products that ship fast - You'll own the full lifecycle of data products: from abstract stakeholder requirements to polished workflows, datasets, and dashboards.</li><li> Multiplying your impact with AI - You'll utilise AI tools extremely heavily throughout your work, finding innovative ways to accelerate analysis, generate insights faster, and deliver more value.
