You know that feeling when you close a deal and think, “I made that happen”? That’s what this role is all about. We need a hunter, someone who thrives on finding new business, building relationships, and turning prospects into customers. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from the discovery to the signed contract, and you’ll do it with confidence, strategy, and a bit of grit.Responsibilities:
  • Generating your own pipeline, because waiting for leads isn’t your style.
  • Managing the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Using every tool in the box, Ai, calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, to get in front of decision-makers.
  • Working with Pre-Sales and Segment Directors to make sure your deals stick.
  • Keeping your pipeline squeaky clean in Salesforce and Clari (because forecasting matters).
  • Staying sharp on industry trends so you can be the best in the field.
Skills and Experience:
  • You’ve been in SaaS sales for good few years and have the scars (and wins) to prove it.
  • You know how to build a pipeline from scratch and smash your targets.
  • CRM systems? You’re fluent.
  • Consultative selling is your thing, you listen, you understand, you solve.
  • Negotiation and closing? You’re not afraid to ask for the business.
  • You’re resilient, proactive, and love the chase.
