Choosing one allows us to focus on what excites you most and where you'll shine brightest.<br /> What will I be doing?<br /> Supporting the Sales team with tasks such as:<br /> • Using in-house database systems to produce reports listing available product across all kids and family programming including creating curated lists for clients upon request.<br /> • Creation of regular content-related presentations, liaising with Business Development, Marketing, Research Consumer Products, Franchise Management and Product teams as needed to tailor the presentations to client needs and preferences.<br /> • Working with our YouTube team to track viewer data related to our content.<br /> • Creating and maintaining franchise trackers in key territories for well-known DreamWorks Animation IP.<br /> • Maintaining a tracker of deals, requesting scheduling information from clients, and liaising with Consumer Products on key brands in the portfolio.<br /> • Identifying opportunities for new sales and entering and tracking them in our database.<br /> • Regularly updating clients with product information & pro-actively gathering customer feedback, including the creation of thematic or content specific emailers.<br /> • Working with research to provide kids industry updates, competitive reviews and territory market overviews.<br /> • Assisting with market/conference prep including but not limited to preparation of avails for each meeting, presentations, etc.<br /> • Assisting with DreamWorks Channels management and curation/presentations for DreamWorks FAST/AVOD opportunities.<br /> • Work closely with several internal departments including Marketing team to ensure client support & provision of marketing materials, Distribution team regarding supply of broadcast materials to clients, Finance team regarding payment & billing queries and Legal team to ensure contracts are signed.<br /> • Assisting with ad-hoc office, diary and travel management as required.<br /> • Ad hoc projects.<br /> What will I learn from this opportunity?<br /> Understanding of the work of a Sales team of a major film & TV studio, and the structure of TV Licensing deal negotiation process.<br /> Understanding of the Kids & Family media market and an insight into the needs of clients (channels & platforms) regarding kids content and rights acquisition.<br /> Understanding the exploitation of kids brands across all media including linear broadcast, transactional VOD, SVOD, AVOD including but not limited to YouTube, Consumer Products, and Experiences.<br /> Qualifications<br /> What do I need to bring to the role?<br /> • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook<br /> • Strong organizational skills: reliable, detail focused, strong sense of initiative with the ability to multitask<br /> • Able to balance and prioritise a busy workload in a fast-moving environment<br /> • Proactive and solution focused individual with a positive attitude<br /> • Great interpersonal skills<br /> • Ability to work independently yet as an integral part of a close-knit team, in a hybrid office/home environment.<br /> • Language skills are a plus but not required.<br /> The responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the Company.<br /> <p id='jobcode'>Jobcode: Reference SBJ-qk6e6z-172-68-229-90-42 in your application.</p> </p>
