Equifax is seeking a Partner Success Director to join our Sales UK Business Unit and Strategic Alliances & Partnerships team. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving sustainable growth and innovation through existing strategic partnerships. You will be pivotal in shaping and executing a partner success strategy that focuses on structured engagement, deep collaboration, and the alignment of partner and Equifax roadmaps. The goal is to ensure partners are effectively leveraging Equifax's products and services to create mutual value and accelerate joint business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive partner success strategy, defining engagement models and KPIs. You will set clear partner goals, foster a culture of partner-centricity, and drive continuous improvement in engagement processes.

  • Partner Lifecycle & Engagement: Oversee the entire onboarding partner journey. You will establish and execute a robust program of regular partner business reviews, act as a senior point of contact for strategic partners, and define and measure key partner health metrics.

  • Revenue Growth & Value Realisation: Own the partner-driven revenue and retention KPIs and targets for the existing partner base. You will identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities and develop joint success stories.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Collaboration: Create and embed a structured engagement model between Partner Success and key internal functions, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data & Analytics. You will act as a key internal voice for partners and collaborate closely with Product teams to align roadmaps and enable innovative, integrated propositions.

What Experience You Need

  • Extensive experience in partner success, customer success, or account management at a senior leadership level.

  • Demonstrable experience in driving growth and value realization within an existing partner or customer base.

  • Strong understanding of the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing success.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience in collaborating with and influencing C-level executives.

  • A strategic thinker with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a bias for execution.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

  • Strong project management and operational skills, capable of building and scaling structured processes.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust and rapport.

  • A proactive and-growth oriented mindset, dedicated to partner success.

  • Resilient and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience ideally within the technology or financial services industry.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree is a plus.
