You’ll hone your organisational skills as you manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings. </p><p>Your duties will include: </p><ul><li>Supporting the bank’s way of working to help as many customers as possible </li><li>Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business </li><li>Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored </li><li>Ensuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met. </li></ul><p><b>The skills you\'ll need</b><b> </b></p><p>To join us in this role, you’ll have experience of working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers.
