Qualifications: Masters degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field from an accredited University/College.Demonstrated experience providing therapy or counseling in a behavioral health setting.Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
