Customer Service & Sales Representative (Full-Time, Remote - PST Hours)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based bonuses
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and results-driven Customer Service & Sales Representative to connect with families and guide them through our services. You will communicate with families via phone calls, email, and SMS to build relationships, answer questions, and close sales. Your goal is to ensure every family receives a warm, professional experience that helps them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with families through phone, email, and text messages to provide information and complete sales.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with families through consistent, high-quality communication.
Understand each family’s needs and recommend the best solutions or programs for them.
Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM and communication systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales and service targets.
Qualifications
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – excellent command of professional, friendly, and persuasive communication.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously (calls, emails, and SMS).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or communication-based roles preferred.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email systems, and SMS platforms.
Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping families.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, remote position. You must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
