In this role you will be the digital voice behind the brand, creating rapport and understanding customer needs through our instant chat platform. You will be responsible for interacting directly with customers through online chat platform. Understanding customer needs and building trust is essential in providing a rememberable personal experience. What will I do as a Web Chat Sales Advisor? Manage inbound chats and build rapport with customers Pitch products and plans based on customer accounts Multi-task with inbound queries and reply to all in a timely manner Discuss new deals and cross-sell additional products Establish a strong digital presence in keeping with the brand Achieve and exceed sales and productivity targets Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every chat, ensuring customers are satisfied with their service. Investigating customer service enquiries and transferring to relevant departments when we are unable to resolve online A Few Things You Will Need To be computer literate with fast and accurate keyboard skills Excellent written communication skills including grammar and spelling The ability to multi-task to complete multiple chats In Return For Your Hard Work, We Offer Monthly Basic Salary + UNCAPPED commission Internal training and development opportunities On-going incentives throughout the months alongside commission 28 Days Holiday & your birthday off every year on pay!
