This is your chance to make an impact, working with cutting-edge technology and a talented team to deliver extraordinary experiences in the events industry.</p><h2><strong>What You\'ll Do:</strong></h2><ul><li>Collaborate with internal and external clients, taking face-to-face briefings to kick-start the planning process.</li><li>Design work schedules tailored to each event, coordinating resources, labor, and travel bookings through our internal print management software (Clarity).</li><li>Seamlessly communicate show requirements across all departments and brief the Design & Production teams to ensure flawless execution.</li><li>Prepare and manage quotes for a range of products, from off-the-shelf solutions to bespoke creations, for both internal and external clients.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date schedules and ensure all resources are accessible on our internal systems.</li><li>Be the crucial link between the Graphics design team and production departments, keeping everyone aligned with evolving deadlines.</li><li>Create on-site installation packs and offer guidance to installation teams, managing the entire project lifecycle—from concept to on-site installation.</li><li>Travel to exciting events across the globe as needed, ensuring all projects are executed at the highest level.</li></ul><h2><strong>Why GES?</strong></h2><p>At GES, we champion innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
