As part of the SDS portfolio, you will work with the Mission Management team within Integrated Platforms, focusing on the design and development of secure voice and networking communication systems for military applications. Your primary responsibilities will include leading key aspects of the development of an aircraft-certified end instrument for use across all Mission Management.</p><p></p><p>This position will sit at our <b>Aguadilla, PR</b> location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.</p><p></p><p>This role is categorized as <b>hybrid</b>, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.</p><p></p><p><b>What YOU will do:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and contribute to the design and development of secure Voice and Networking communication products, including System on Chip (SoC)/System on Module (SoM), microcontrollers, and FPGA-based systems.</li><li>Oversee and execute the development and documentation of electronics packaging designs, schematic capture, and hardware requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including Source Control Drawings (SCD), Interface Control Documents (ICD), and Top-Level Kit Drawings.</li><li>Author and manage System Hardware Requirement Specifications (SHRS) to ensure compliance with program requirements.</li><li>Plan and conduct Preliminary Engineering Review Process (PREP) reviews to ensure design integrity and alignment with program objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure products meet both military and dual-use commercial application standards.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What YOU will learn:</b></p><ul><li>You will learn about our growing engineering team in Puerto Rico; What we do?
