Independent (Luxury) Travel Consultant

Are you passionate about travel and looking for a flexible way to earn income on your own terms? We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals who want to build their own independent travel business with the backing, training and support of an established brand.

This is an opportunity to operate as a self-employed Independent Travel Agent, building your own client base while partnering with an ABTA-bonded host agency.

About the Role

As an Independent Travel Agent, you’ll run your own travel business under our umbrella. You’ll earn commission on holidays, cruises and travel services you book, while benefiting from supplier relationships, training, and ongoing mentorship.

This is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated, proactive and excited about building something of their own.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and booking holidays for clients

  • Building relationships through networking (both online and offline)

  • Growing your personal brand and client base

  • Earning commission on travel bookings

  • Optionally introducing others to the business model

You are in control of how big or small you grow your business.

What We Provide

  • Full training (no prior travel experience required)

  • Step-by-step business launch support

  • Access to established travel suppliers

  • ABTA-bonded booking platform

  • Ongoing mentorship and community support

  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility

Earnings & Flexibility

  • Commission-based income (uncapped earning potential)

  • Part-time alongside existing work or full-time focus

  • Build at your own pace

Income reflects the time, consistency and effort you invest into building your client base.

Who This Is Suited To

  • Individuals seeking flexibility and greater control over their income

  • Confident networkers who enjoy building relationships

  • People willing to invest time and some initial business costs into launching their own venture

  • Those with the financial stability to focus on growth while commissions build

  • Professionals, parents, side-hustlers or entrepreneurs looking for an additional income stream

This opportunity is not a salaried role. It is designed for individuals who want to operate independently and grow a commission-based business within the travel industry.
