Our commitment to our colleagues across the globe is to provide the resources and opportunities they need to make a difference in our world while building a fulfilling career with us.<br><br><b>What will you do in this role?</b><br><br>Independently compose, implement, sustain, and verify programs to transfer and integrate data from multiple systems.<br><br>Develop and maintain visualizations to support Centralized Monitoring.<br><br>Contribute to the creation of tools and techniques for automating Data Analytics tasks.<br><br>Perform programming tasks to support Data Analytics and other functional groups involved in Risk-Based and Centralized Monitoring.<br><br>Document all work clearly, manage assignments to meet timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.<br><br>Improve personal and peer knowledge in programming, risk-based monitoring, data science, and the pharmaceutical industry.<br><br><b>Qualification Requirements:</b><br><br><b>Education requirements:</b><br><br>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Biostatistics, Math or related is required.<br><br>In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.<br><br><b>Experience requirements:</b><br><br>Minimum of 4 years of experience with Statistical Programming with MA/MS degree OR minimum of 6 years of Statistical Programming experience with Bachelors degree.<br><br>3+ years of experience in clinical research or related is required.<br><br>2+ years of project lead experience is required.<br><br>At least one of these areas is required (Rave, Snowflake or SQL Server).<br><br><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b><br><br>Proficiency in one or more programming languages.<br><br>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<br><br>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br><br>Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.<br><br>Optimistic outlook, zeal, and skill in teamwork.<br><br>In-depth understanding of relational databases and complex data systems.<br><br>Leadership qualities and capacity to guide others.<br><br><b>Location: Fully remote ideally on the east coast</b>.
