Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and marketers, to define and implement new features and functionalities. Understand and participate in an Agile software development methodology and the affiliated sprint ceremonies. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Peer-lead a team of developers, providing technical support and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct regular code reviews and performance audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize the ecommerce platform. Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the seamless integration of the ecommerce platform with other systems and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs reported by site stakeholders and quality assurance, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted ecommerce experience for customers. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. Collaborate with direct-to-consumer (DTC) peer group to identify and build common shared solutions applicable to the DTC portfolio of web sites. Support the creation and maintenance of application assessments for security and compliance required by the business systems. Investigate and remediate any security vulnerabilities identified. Position is 100% remote. Travel to worksite required up to 2 times per quarter.</span></p>
