Your Role as a Restaurant Store Manager:

You will oversee the operations of an individual store, responsibilities ranging from recruitment, managing your team, to accomplishing financial targets and delivering exceptional service to our guests. The success of your store is in your hands.

Skills & Experience Desired:

  • A high school diploma is a prerequisite
  • Leeway to work at a store within a radius of 50 miles
  • Work schedule is subject to change, possibility of working on weekends
  • Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is expected

ADA Statement:

The course of performing duties leads to a hot environment, often with steam from a steam table and food vapors. Workspaces are limited and prolonged standing is typically expected. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold meals, using a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen tools swiftly without compromising on precision. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs., standing up to four hours, and reaching across counters 36 inches high to cater to customers. Kitchens often heat up and are noisy, with limited storage and high shelving. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possessing effective verbal communication skills, adapting to changing demands, and managing difficult situations are necessary.
