Health Essentials breaks down trending topics and everyday wellness guidance in clear, compassionate language.<br><br>The Health Library was recently named one of the five most trusted health information sources by <em>The New York Times</em>.<br><br>We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic leader to manage the day-to-day operations of both platforms.<br><br><strong>A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Northeast Ohio, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm (Flexible). <br><br></strong><strong>In this role, you’ll:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead a team of 20 experienced medical writers, working with the Editorial Director to shape and execute content strategy </li><li>Guide writers in translating complex medical literature into easy-to-understand content (6th- to 8th-grade reading level) </li><li>Collaborate with SEO team to evaluate and prioritize content opportunities </li><li>Review monthly content calendars to ensure editorial quality, consistency and relevance </li><li>Partner with advertising partner on monetized content campaigns </li><li>Support content development across video, podcast and email channels </li><li>Oversee regular content audits and maintenance to keep both platforms accurate and up to date <br><br></li></ul>We're looking for someone who brings editorial expertise, a deep commitment to health literacy — and has experience leading teams and working in healthcare.<br><br>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Internet/Digital Marketing, Computer Science or related field and 7 years of web-related experience inclusive of 3 years of managerial and business to consumer marketing experience required. <br><br></li></ul>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:<br><br><ul><li>Master’s Degree </li><li>Previous editorial healthcare experience. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, plan, direct, manage and maintain an effective web presence. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Working knowledge of web related technologies, current web trends as well as other media development processes, and social media marketing initiatives.<br><br></li></ul>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
