Job Description:

  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and managing cross-functional priorities on behalf of the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Shape Circle’s Growth Agenda: prioritize and advance initiatives — from global OKRs and revenue progress, to ecosystem development and customer experience.
  • Run the Commercial Operating System: own the cadence of planning, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment and delivery against goals.
  • Orchestrate strategic initiatives across international growth, partnerships, and new ventures.
  • Prepare concise briefings, analyses, and presentations to enable executive decision-making.
  • Lead high-visibility special initiatives and projects visible to senior leadership.
  • Scale leadership and talent: build and develop the commercial team, align leaders, and ensure crisp execution.
  • Build trusted relationships between the CCO, senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management within fast-paced technology, financial services, or consulting environments, with a track record of driving complex initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Extreme attention to detail, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to create order and clarity in highly dynamic, cross-functional settings.
  • Deep fluency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, workflow automation, and executive deliverables — using technology as a force multiplier for speed and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and consistently deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven experience developing clear, compelling presentations, analyses, and materials for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence, and foster alignment across diverse teams and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
