We're a certified Great Place to Work®, and top-ranked company on Glassdoor.     We are looking for a Chief of Staff, Culture to join our Culture Stream (People, DEI, Coaching, Internal Communications) to report and support our Chief People Officer (CPO). You will work with the Chief People Officer but also with the Culture-stream leadership team and the broader company extended leadership and serves as a trusted partner, being a force multiplier to get twice as much done for the CPO and stream overall.   You are someone who has a strong quantitative analytic mind to do descriptive analysis, takes pride in operational excellence, and can be an advisor on strategic matters. This is not an executive assistant position, but an operations and strategy role with experience with hands-on getting-things-that-matter-done.   Your role will be divided into two parts. The first part includes structured work around operations of the culture stream (reporting, OKRs, culture stream weekly and monthly meetings, and communications). The second part includes working on special projects as they come up. These projects will be areas that the Chief People Officer is interested in driving forward but lacks the capacity to do so, which may include supporting teams in codifying their culture, revamping our culture listening tour approach, and researching the future of work best practices.   You Will: Stream reporting: (30% of your time) Build the ongoing weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reporting cadence within the Culture stream to be lightweight on the team, but useful to assess how well we're doing concerning Culture velocity, quality, and scale. Develop Culture stream KPI dashboards.   Stream communication: (10% of your time) Map out the current communication flows within teams, between teams, and between teams and leadership within the stream. Identify communication silos and redundancies, and break them down Be a communication arm for the CPO, managing regular company-wide updates as well immediate needs as they arise. Lead the planning and execution of Culture stream monthly meetings and stream-wide communications.   Stream effectiveness: (20% of your time). Develop and enable the High-Performance Framework for the culture stream. Lead the thinking and management of the High-Performance Enablement practice for the culture stream from survey and trends and develop solutions to take the practice to the next level. Lead the culture ops mechanism (unified culture stream roadmap meeting, monthly, and quarterly reviews, offsite, strategy sessions, OKRs, culture communications).   Stream special project: (40% of your time) Be a sounding board for the CPO for new ideas and programs. Be an internal consultant to the business and Culture stream leaders on future work solutions. (ex supporting teams in codifying their culture) Build important projects for the Culture stream to help us scale and operate more efficiently. Examples of projects may include onboarding programmes, change management plans, and developing functional dashboards to increase visibility. Partner with the culture leadership streams to identify needs and opportunity areas, making recommendations for the appropriate talent solutions to enable future work. You Have: 3+ years experience as an associate or consultant working for a consulting firm (i.e. BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte) or any other relevant experience.
