What will be your responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the recruitment of new colleagues directly for the store
  • Ensure training, onboarding, and development; supervise tutors and support new employees during their first weeks
  • Support new managers with work organization, task delegation, and priority setting
  • Prepare monthly work schedules, regularly review and adjust them to ensure full store coverage
  • Identify talent and potential within the team and support colleagues' career growth
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and support their communication in the store
  • Act as a partner to the management team and help ensure smooth store operations
  • Participate in the implementation of new projects and HR initiatives
What you should have and be able to do:
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner - you will be in daily contact with people
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, while also being a strong team player
  • Genuine interest in HR and people development
  • Good knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak
  • Flexibility (40 hours per week, including weekends and afternoon shifts)
