About the Position Ameren Services provides administrative support and services to Ameren Corporation and its operating companies, subsidiaries and affiliates. Nearly 1,400 employees serve the company with business planning, communications, diversity, financial support, human resources, information technology, legal counsel, safety and supply services. The Leadership & Organization Effectiveness team is responsible for the design, development and delivery of key talent processes, including: onboarding, learning & development, change management and culture work, learning & development, employee feedback strategy, mentoring. This position is open to either a May-August Intern or May-December co-op in St. Louis, MO. The work arrangement is hybrid. Key responsibilities include: Support of various programs and initiatives, including: culture shaping initiatives, employee feedback programs, Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs, learning and leadership development programs, mentoring and onboarding programs. Partner with our analytics teams to understand future workforce opportunities Qualifications Must be a current student pursuing a master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Instructional Design or other relevant major from an accredited college or university is required Cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required but a 3.0 or higher is preferred In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong written, oral and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple analyses simultaneously, balance details against “big picture” issues and think critically to solve complex problems. Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with significant stakeholder interactions across all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and be able to work independently or collaboratively to achieve goals. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
