In this role, you will be the voice of Chewy, providing world-class customer experiences to pet parents across the country. You will play a key role in supporting Chewys mission to be the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet lovers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused manner.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.

  • Provide real-time support and guidance to customers regarding orders, returns, payments, products, and more.

  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately within internal systems.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve escalated issues and enhance the customer experience.

  • Uphold Chewys commitment to pet happiness by delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
