About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Work-from-Home Pharmacist to join our centralized services team. In this remote role, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and support patient health outcomes. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
Counsel patients via phone or digital platforms, addressing their medication-related inquiries.
Monitor patient therapies to ensure effectiveness and adherence.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all interactions.
Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in [State(s)].
Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, clinical guidelines, and medication management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote patient interactions.
Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and technology platforms.
Prior experience in centralized pharmacy services or telepharmacy is a plus.
