Warehouse Associate - Shipping

Position: Warehouse Shipping Associate

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure all warehouse shipments are picked in full and correctly.
  • Ensure products are not damaged when picking.
  • Maintenance on machinery
  • Warehouse upkeep and cleanup
  • Completed sales orders in full on pallet.
  • Ensure the correct sized pallet is selected for the product.
  • Ensure all items are wrapped and protected correctly.
  • Conduct proper quality control check on all shipments.
  • Ensure all appropriate warning labels are adhered to the pallet.
  • Post and Print for each shipment.
  • Ensure all tags are created correctly for each pallet.
  • Ensure packing list is always attached to the pallet.
  • Ensure the quality control sheet is fully completed and legible.
  • Ensure all weights and dimensions are correct and properly annotated on the W&D sheet.
  • Ensure the pallets are in good condition when packing is complete.
  • Notify supervisor when pictures are ready to be taken or when needing assistance.
  • Ensure all shipments assigned to you are completed prior to the deadline: 2pm same day.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by Manager


What you need:

  • High school diploma or a GED equivalent certificate required.
  • Basic knowledge of using and operating warehouse machinery and equipment including forklifts preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of tools (drill, circular saw)
  • Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Based out of our San Antonio, Texas, Monday-Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm
