In this role, you will focus on driving strategic initiatives that enhance the travel experience, as well as developing overall product strategies and disciplines to achieve productivity and efficiency gains over time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs and elevate the Chase Travel brand.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with team members to identify and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the travel experience for our customers, ensuring alignment with Chase Travel’s overall vision and goals.</li> <li>Contributes to the development and implementation of a comprehensive product vision and strategy for Chase Travel’s digital channels, focusing on long-term growth and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Owns the prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring that initiatives align with strategic objectives and customer needs while balancing available resources.</li> <li>Leads discussions around capacity trade-offs, making informed decisions that optimize resource allocation and enhance productivity.</li> <li>Works closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to support product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.</li> <li>Conducts market research and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of travelers.</li> <li>Assists in establishing key performance metrics to measure the success of digital products, continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights to drive productivity and efficiency gains.</li> <li>Communicates product insights and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital channels and customer-facing products.</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in the travel, e-commerce, or financial services industries.</li> <li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously is critical for success. </li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and product enhancements.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.</li> <li>Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry landscape and customer trends.</li> <li>Flexibility to accommodate working with a global team across multiple time zones.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Product Management, eCommerce, Marketing, and Travel industry</li> <li>Passion for building something new, working across boundaries to implement change and helping others succeed. </li> <li>Familiarity/Experience with Agile build methodologies preferred</li> </ul> <p><br> </p>
