In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and customer satisfaction in our telehealth environment. Provide accurate and evidence-based guidance to patients and customer service representatives regarding medical conditions, treatment options, medication information, and symptom management.</li> <li><strong>Escalation Support:</strong> Serve as the go-to resource for customer service representatives when complex medical or clinical issues arise. Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns by offering insight, direction, and guidance based on best practices and medical standards.</li> <li><strong>Patient Advocacy:</strong> Advocate for patients’ needs and rights, ensuring that they receive appropriate and timely medical advice and care. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care plans, referrals, and follow-up appointments as necessary.</li> <li><strong>Problem Solving: </strong>Analyze and assess unique patient situations, considering medical history, symptoms, and available information to make informed decisions and recommendations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your clinical and customer service skills.</li> <li><strong>Quality Improvement: </strong>Contribute to the enhancement of telehealth services by providing valuable feedback on processes, workflows, and customer interactions.
