Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing journal entries, managing vendor invoices, and ensuring all balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled at month-end. Reporting to the Sr Accounting Manager, this position will collaborate closely with senior accounting team members on various financial activities as needed.<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approval and coding.</li><li>Prepare weekly payment batches for management approval.</li><li>Support the Account Receivables team to process transactions.</li><li>Support the Accounting team during the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>Support the annual financial audit and interim review procedures carried out by the Company's external auditors.</li></ul><br>Skills Needed:<br><ul><li>Self-starter with a high level of accountability.</li><li>The ability to stay organized and maintain records accurately.
