Shopify Expert (Contract/Freelance or Full-Time)

We're reimagining the way parents care for their little ones. We help families track their baby’s growth, health, and daily habits—bringing peace of mind to the parenting journey. As we grow, we’re looking for a Shopify Expert to elevate our online store and ensure every customer has a seamless shopping experience.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Shopify Expert who can manage, optimize, and expand our e-commerce presence. You’ll be responsible for making updates to our online storefront. Not only focusing on functionality, but design, branding, and user-experience. From design tweaks and app integrations to troubleshooting and building out new features, you’ll be our go-to Shopify specialist.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront for performance and conversions

Implement design updates, custom themes, and mobile-first optimizations

Integrate and configure Shopify apps to support sales, reviews, subscriptions, and customer experience

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure site speed/security best practices

Support marketing team with landing page builds, promotional campaigns, and product launches

Analyze store performance and suggest data-driven improvements

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Shopify (themes, Liquid, apps, integrations)

Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid

Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Recharge, or other relevant tools a plus

Strong design eye—able to keep our site clean, modern, and on-brand

Problem solver who can work independently and communicate clearly

Bonus:

Experience in baby/parenting brands or consumer tech
