We’re seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our CSS (Customer Support Services) organisation globally. In this exciting role, you’ll be pivotal in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><p><strong>Strategic Partnership:</strong> Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand organisational objectives and develop a people strategy that drives business growth.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Data Driven Decision Making:</strong> Utilize analytics and data insights to inform and guide strategic people decisions, proactively identifying trends and opportunities.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Project Leadership:</strong> Lead, execute, and evaluate people related projects and initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes and a positive impact on business performance.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Change Management:</strong> Drive and manage people related change initiatives with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering sustainable results.</p></li> <li><p><strong>People Lifecycle Expertise:</strong> Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, development, performance management, and offboarding.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Cross Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work in partnership with COE (Center of Excellence) Pod members and other stakeholders to leverage expertise, solve problems, and deliver value to the business.</p></li> </ul> <p></p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Your Background</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>8+ years HR experience with progressively challenging responsibilities in global Business Partner roles, ideally in high-growth or tech environments. Previous experience supporting Customer Support/Success or Tech orgs preferred, but not required.</p></li> <li><p>Demonstrated success in leading organizational change (e.g. re-orgs) and transformation projects.</p></li> <li><p>Experience operating in and navigating complex, global environments with shifting priorities.</p></li> <li><p>Strong business acumen, ability to translate business strategy into people strategy, and experience in organizational design and leadership development.</p></li> <li><p>A self-starter with a drive to create measurable impact, capable of juggling multiple work streams, and comfortable working in a complex, global environment.</p></li> <li><p>Expert ability to build trusting relationships and influence others to drive the business forward through people strategy.</p></li> <li><p>Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing change within an organization.</p></li> <li><p>Deep understanding of HR processes and a continuous improvement mindset.</p></li> <li><p>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and focus on priorities.</p></li> <li><p>Proven ability to remain adaptable and agile in response to changing business needs</p></li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:</p> <p>Zone A: $189,000 - $246,750</p> <p>Zone B: $170,100 - $222,075</p> <p>Zone C: $157,500 - $205,625</p> <p>This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.</p> <p>Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
