Salesforce Architect (Experience Community Cloud & Sales Cloud) 100% Remote role Long term Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with expertise in Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) and Sales Cloud to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities: Architect & Design Solutions: Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other systems. Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and governance across Salesforce projects. Experience Cloud Development: Design and optimize customer and partner portals using Experience Cloud, ensuring intuitive UI/UX, security, and personalization. Sales Cloud Customization: Configure and extend Sales Cloud to support sales processes, automation, and reporting. Integration & Data Management: Design API-based integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation). Security & Compliance: Implement robust security models, role hierarchies, and data sharing rules to ensure compliance with industry standards.
