Part-Time Sales Assistant & Customer Service Assistant

SIRPLUS started making boxers using surplus fabrics (hence the name ;). Over time, the range has grown to include a full range of core products, for which we are well known. Where possible, we still use surplus fabrics. The brand has evolved considerably, but we have remained true to our roots - making special pieces, in small runs, using quality fabrics. 

After several years on Portobello Market we opened our first standalone store on Portobello Road 2017, and now we have 5 central London locations.

Our Islington Store is our Customer Service Hub. Our Customer Service Manager is based there, and the role would entail answering queries on the phone/email when he’s not present. This role would be best suited to someone who’s got buckets of charm and enjoy meeting and engaging with customers. We estimate this role to be 70% Sales assistant and 30% Customer Service related queries.

Experience within a similar sized menswear retailer Management experience
