[Remote] Workday Recruiting Implementation Partner (100% Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Mom Project is seeking a Workday Recruiting Implementation Partner to support their Customer's business needs on a contract basis. This role involves guiding the full lifecycle of the global Workday ATS deployment and ensuring that Talent Acquisition processes are optimized and integrated within the Workday HCM environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery workshops with TA, HR, and business leaders to map current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into future-state process and configuration designs aligned with Workday best practices.
  • Define and document global process standards, exceptions, and localization requirements.
  • Ensure alignment across global stakeholders, including regional compliance and TA leaders.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and live/virtual enablement sessions for recruiters, coordinators, HR, and hiring managers.
  • Provide hypercare support during the initial stabilization period.
  • Recommend an ongoing roadmap and optimization opportunities.

Skills

  • College degree required
  • 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology/Systems, or HR Operations with a University degree, or 6 years’ experience and a Master’s degree, or 3 years’ experience with a PhD
  • Proven experience leading 2+ full Workday Recruiting implementations (preferably global)
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and Workday Recruiting configuration.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Workday Certification (Recruiting or HCM) strongly preferred.
  • Project Management (PMP) preferred
