Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard behavioral health providers.
  • Build and maintain provider relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and explain plan policies.
  • Ensure accuracy of provider data and contract updates.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding contracting and data.

Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare or insurance
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems
  • Ability to shift between tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Skilled at meeting production metrics in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with provider relations and contract management
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success
  • Able to excel and/or prior successful experience in a virtual team environment.
