Zillow is a leading real estate platform in the U.S. seeking a Manager for their Rentals Collections team to drive cash flow optimization and improve payment performance. The role involves leading a team of collections professionals, overseeing B2B collections, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to enhance the customer payment experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of collections specialists supporting Zillow Rentals accounts, fostering career growth and a culture of accountability.
- Drive quarterly reductions in past-due accounts receivable balances and improvements in days-to-pay metrics.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the collections process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
- Establish, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, leveraging analytics to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Success to streamline issue resolution and improve the customer payment journey.

- Deep understanding of the order-to-cash process, with expertise in collections operations and customer account management.
- Hands-on experience with collections and financial systems such as Zuora, HighRadius, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP.
- Strong operational focus with the ability to build, document, and refine collections workflows and policies.
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data efficiently.
