We provide professional sales training for ongoing improvement - You'll have all the support you need to be the best insurance agent possible!

This opportunity is unlike any other. We provide the leads and telemarketers to assist you with getting a ton of quotes every day. We just need you to close the deals and we all make money! You'll only be responsible for the sales portion of onboarding clients. We provide you with a service representative who handles all other aspects of the agency! (Raiders reference)

Simply hitting your goal, you'll be making over $25/hr!

Base Salary + Incentives Range: $50,000 - $80,000

If you have a current P&C license in another State, it is easy to obtain a Out-of-State license for remote work.

Daily Activities:

Manage pipeline of previous quotes and follow-ups.

Quote new business by taking warm transfers from our amazing telemarketers or prospect through endless amounts of paid leads!

Explain to everyone why Allstate is the best insurance company on the planet - we'll show you how to do that.

Requirements:

Independently motivated - we don't want staff we have to micromanage.

Motivated by MONEY - a "never quit" attitude is a must! We don't want staff "OK" with making base pay - you need to earn BONUS EVERY MONTH.
