[Remote] Lead Business Development Mgr 2 ATC

AT&T is a leading telecommunications company seeking a Lead Business Development Manager for its Consulting and Professional Services division. This role involves driving growth by generating and closing new business opportunities, collaborating with teams, and applying consultative selling strategies to meet customer needs.


Responsibilities

  • Direct Responsibility to sell AT&T Consulting and Professional Services with minimal supervision.
  • Identify and generate sales to new customers and expand existing revenue within an established account base.
  • Demonstrate and apply consultative selling strategies to customer opportunities in collaboration with AT&T direct sales teams and other AT&T resources.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and services that drive customer investment to solve for customer’s business, organization, and informational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate module performance metrics to facilitate consistent growth that aligns with management insight requirements.
  • Drive the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing new opportunities.
  • Travel and meet with client at their locations, leverage virtual meetings, phone calls, and written communication.
  • Work with seasoned partners and management to provide subject matter expertise and facilitate the sales lifecycle.
  • Develop expertise across a wide range of technologies and the associated consulting practices that support them to guide customers in their transformational efforts.
  • Develop the administrative and reporting skills to help manage your office performance as well as meet organizational goals
  • Work closely with AT&T Consulting Practice Leads, Consultants, and Core Sales Account teams to engage new clients and expand existing business engagements
  • Develop, design, and deliver proposals, presentations, strategic pricing models in collaboration with internal and external partners to solve customer strategic business challenges.

Skills

  • Requires a minimum of 8 years exceeding targets as an individual contributor selling IT services to Enterprise and/or SLED customers
  • Requires a minimum 3 years’ experience selling IT Consulting and professional services
  • Prefer a Bachelor’s degree
