We are currently seeking qualified and passionate individuals to join our team as an Outbound Medicaid Sales Coordinator to work from home. Our Outbound Medicaid Sales Coordinators will be results-driven, personable individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.

Compensation Highlights:

  • Base Pay: $16.00 per hour
  • Bonus Pay: up to $1.50 per hour, based on meeting specific performance and attendance metrics in production (to be discussed in training)
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule Highlights:

  • Training Schedule: 4 days, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Responsibilities

  • Take a consultative approach when engaging with members
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Conduct outbound calls to individuals who may qualify for Medicaid, following approved scripts and compliance guidelines
  • Verify eligibility requirements by gathering demographic, household, and income information from members
  • Educate members on Medicaid benefits, enrollment steps, required documentation, and timelines
  • Assist with applications by walking members through the process or directing them to appropriate resources
  • Update and maintain records in CRM or eligibility systems with accurate, timely, and complete information
  • Identify barriers (such as lack of documents, confusion about requirements, or language needs) and provide solutions or escalate to support teams
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations during all interactions
  • Promote a positive member experience by showing empathy, professionalism, and patience, especially when working with vulnerable or underserved populations
  • Meet performance metrics, including call volume, quality assurance scores, first-call resolution, and enrollment targets
  • Be receptive to feedback for continuous improvement
  • Document and report member DNC and program opt-out requests

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, scheduling, or retention, with a strong focus on objection handling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Remains calm under pressure, ensuring a positive member interaction
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with members and team members
