Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Carry a Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to read and write so as to communicate with Managers and Retailers as needed.
  • Must be able to move/lift up to 170 lbs

Typical Work Day:

  • Break down palletized quantities of keg and package beer as required for route truck loading and lift cases weighing upwards to 45 pounds and kegs weighing upward to 170 pounds.·
  • Operate a forklift to load product onto route trucks according to load sheets·
  • Complete all internal control records, forms, and procedures properly and accurately·
  • Perform housekeeping duties throughout the warehouse·
  • Obtain Forklift Certification and Recertification every 3 years through company provided training or more frequently if required by law.·
  • Perform forklift refueling function as required, including charging, testing and cleaning power forklift batteries as applicable·
  • Perform Daily inspection of forklift, completing and turning in inspection form·
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Safety Sensitive Position: Pre- Employment Testing and Random Testing
To protect employees, customers, and vendors, safety sensitive employees are subject to drug testing for the length of their employment in the covered position. Under Finley’s personnel regulations, safety sensitive employees undergo drug and alcohol testing:

  • Prior to starting their safety sensitive job;
  • On a randomly selected basis;
  • Following on-the-job accidents or incidents;
  • When there is reasonable suspicion that the employee is impaired by drugs or alcohol;
  • Following any absence from work to undergo drug or alcohol treatment;

Schedule and Hours:

  • Schedules are Sunday evening through early Friday morning.
  • 5/8-hour days
  • 40 hour guarantee
  • Overtime may be available depending on the work loads
