Medication Adherence Coordinator / Remote Patient Monitoring Specialist

Join Medsense Health, a leading provider of medication adherence, patient monitoring, and virtual care services, partnering with pharmacies across the U.S. We are seeking a Medication Adherence Coordinator / Account Management Specialist to support our growing Medication Adherence and Patient Monitoring Program.

In this hybrid role, you will work as both a clinical liaison and an account manager, ensuring seamless device setup, documenting/elevating patient adherence concerns to the pharmacy, and communicating with providers and pharmacies. This position combines clinical support with operational coordination to ensure our patients receive the best care and service.

Primary Roles/ResponsibilitiesAccount Management Specialist

  • Daily review of accounts to manage patient hardware issues
  • Follow up on outstanding setup issues and manage patient setup/hardware shipment backlogs.
  • Communicate adherence concerns or the need for adherence calls to the primary Medical Assistant.
  • Prepare account summaries for review during pharmacy check-in calls.
  • Answer Call Agent requests for additional patient information (e.g., phone numbers, pharmacy communication needs).

Secondary Roles/Responsibilities (To Be Determined)

  • Conduct patient setup calls.
  • Conduct patient appointment reminder calls.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including:
  • Managing & Maintaining physician schedules
  • Serve as backup support for other Medical Assistant tasks
  • Handle Physician to Medical Assistant handoff calls.
  • Add medications and complete patient profile setups prior to appointments.
  • Conduct Patient check-in calls as needed

Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – National certification required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for clinical and administrative tasks.
  • Experience in account management, patient coordination, or clinical workflows
  • Experience working virtually
  • Proficiency with technology platforms for documentation, communication, and patient management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
