We are looking for a virtual co-host to manage multiple properties on Airbnb and , through our channel manager:


  • Guest Communication
Manage guest messages, check-in coordination, and support during stays to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.


  • Booking & Calendar Management
Oversee reservations, pricing, and availability. Use PriceLabs to optimize nightly rates and maintain steady occupancy.


  • Cleaning & Maintenance Coordination

Schedule and confirm cleans with photo proof, ensure restocking of essentials, and record and report any maintenance issues to the client.


  • Listing Optimization & Management
Keep listing descriptions, photos, and amenities updated. Adjust pricing and keywords to improve visibility and bookings.


  • Other duties
Assist with social media promotion, guest screening, damage claims, and emergency coordination when required.


We are looking for the VA to be available couple of hours in the morning to manage all the guest comms mainly.

All automated check in messages or auto replies to be setup strategically in conjunction with actual interaction with the guests particularly before check in times.


Candidate must have extensive experience in managing Airbnbs and have in depth knowledge and expertise in listing optimization to maximize exposure.

Experience in managing Facebook ads an advantage.

This is a long term opportunity to work with a growing STR management business in Australia. Please include a portfolio and/or evidence of relevant experience. No ai generated proposals please.
