<p>We need an English-fluent <strong>Lead Generator (Hubspot Expert)</strong>, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.<br><br>We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform daily outbound lead generation (emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach).</li> <li>Book qualified meetings.</li> <li>Ensure high meeting attendance and lead qualification rates.</li> <li>Meet monthly revenue contribution goals through cold outreach.</li> <li>Maintain and update lead data accurately.</li> <li>Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize conversion rates.</li> <li>Identify and engage ideal customer profiles across target industries.</li> <li>Manage timelines to ensure timely deal progression.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience selling HubSpot. Selling HubSpot as a platform to other businesses, understanding how to pitch and deploy HubSpot solutions for different industries (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, services, retail), ability to articulate HubSpot’s features, limitations, and use cases based on the prospect's business model.</li> <li>Outbound BDR experience. Proven success booking 3–5 weekly meetings via cold outreach, comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, cold email, etc.</li> <li>Familiarity with setting appointments and qualifying leads.</li> <li>SaaS or B2B experience preferred, especially selling into companies with $10M to $100M ARR, ideally above $50M and B2B SaaS or B2B service companies.</li> <li>Tech-savvy and highly familiar with CRMs. Deep understanding of how HubSpot integrates with workflows and tool.</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce is a plus.</li> <li>Fluent in English.
