Hawaiian Airlines is seeking experienced Flight Attendants for our Premium Cabin (Leihoku - First/Business Class) service, based in Los Angeles (LAX). This is a specialized role focused on delivering the pinnacle of Hawaiian hospitality and service on our long-haul flights. Core Responsibilities: You will be responsible for all aspects of our premium cabin, from pre-flight preparation to personalized in-flight service. This includes greeting guests by name, presenting fine dining and wine, operating lie-flat seats, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our First Class guests. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be at least 21, legally authorized to work in the US, and hold a valid passport. A minimum of 2 years of international flight attendant experience is required. Experience in premium/first-class service, fine dining, or high-end hospitality is essential. Training & Work Schedule: This role requires full flexibility for a 24/7 international operation, including long-haul 'night shift' (red-eye) flights, 'day shift' departures, 'weekend' assignments, and all holidays. Successful candidates will attend paid premium service and transition training. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a premium wage, with an estimated annual base from $50,000 to $80,000, plus overrides. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid training, profit sharing, and extensive travel privileges.
