Junior Operations Associate (Night Shift)

This is a remote position.

The Junior Operations Associate works across all client accounts and supports overnight operational continuity through the Rayda Radar framework. This role ensures that requests received after close of business in Nigeria are promptly actioned tracked and updated across the Rayda Platform and Order Tracker.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Account Operational Support

Review and process all orders fulfilment updates and client requests that come in during the night shift.

Update the Order Tracker and Rayda Platform with accurate request statuses.

Coordinate with international vendors who operate in overlapping time zones.

Ensure all overnight activities are aligned with Raydas Radar principles.

2. Order Processing and Tracking

Monitor Rayda Admin and log all non-platform requests .

Follow up with fulfilment vendors on dispatches delivery timelines and documentation.

Track shipments problem-solve delays and flag escalations when required.

3. Customer Communication Support

Prepare and send client updates where required (order statuses shipping labels delivery confirmations).

Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks during the shift.

4. Escalation and Risk Management

Escalate vendor unresponsiveness or operational risks to the Operations Lead.

Document all escalations for seamless handover to the Nigeria daytime operations team.

5. Handover and Reporting

Provide a clear daily shift report summarising activities blockers pending tasks and vendor interactions.

Requirements

Ability to work independently during night hours.

Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.

Good understanding of order fulfilment logistics and vendor coordination.

Strong spreadsheet competency.

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows.

Preferred Experience

One to three years in operations logistics or customer service.

Experience with remote collaboration tools and cross-timezone operations.
