GP Strategies Government Solutions has an immediate need for a Part-Time Virtual Training Producer. This is a part-time, remote position and the hours can vary from week to week depending on the classes. We are seeking candidates that have the ability to support training sessions during regular business hours as well as overnight.


Responsibilities:


  • The individual on the Virtual Classroom Team is responsible for providing technical coordination and support before and during the virtual classroom session.
  • The producer shall be responsible for the operation of the virtual classroom technical platform to deliver classes according to the various delivery methods.
  • The producer will produce VILT sessions including the following tasks: manage interactive tools such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polls, answer learner questions, create and distribute links, troubleshoot issues, take attendance, manage chat, advance slides, support facilitator with activities and instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer client service skills and a technical aptitude
  • Technical knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom or similar Training platform that enables the delivery of virtual classroom courses 
  • Ability to provide high quality operational and communication capabilities to enable seamless information transfer between Instructors, and service provider.
  • Ability to provide support staff to provide technical support to any students joining the session one hour before a class session; and respond to all non-urgent items related to scheduled class sessions in less than 24  hours.

General physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on location of assignment.

Assignment Location – Berkeley, MO.


• Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.


• Fingering (typing), communicating, repetitive motions.


• Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting.


• Inside environmental conditions with protection from outside elements.
