Extending the impact of our content both on and off the platform, CP makes the intangible tangible and creates ways for our fans to interact with our brand and titles in a way that makes sense to them. We want merchandise, interactive games, and experiences to help promote and extend stories for our titles, so ideally they become part of the zeitgeist and at the very least give joy - our primary focus. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a unique individual to lead the strategic design and creative execution of branding materials with a focus on point-of-sale for our global titles. You will collaborate closely with product development and retail marketing teams to create compelling retail experiences that drive customer engagement and enhance brand visibility. In addition to retail marketing materials (in-store and online), you will be required to support the development of branding and packaging in general. This person knows their way around POS, packaging and production, can provide creative solutions and understands how to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. When required, you are happy to jump in with ‘hands on’ direction and you will challenge the status quo. This is a newly created role, so we are seeking someone eager to shape the future growth of our brands within the Consumer Products Global Creative team. Develop branding guides to ensure consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoints. You’ll use your deep understanding of hierarchy and design to problem solve along with acute attention to detail, whilst always keeping our fans at the heart of the solution. Manage the design process by overseeing design strategy, planning and development of global creative tools to execute in-store and online experiences. Work with Retail Marketing to define partner needs (i.e. How many retail looks do we need, what marketing assets are needed to help partners execute campaigns?) Partner with Retail Marketing and Merchandise Strategy Development to ensure that in-store/online brand strategy aligns to broader title and retail partner strategies Collaborate with internal teams such as Retail Marketing, Merchandise Strategy Development and Content Marketing to define needs and ensure cohesive storytelling across all retail touchpoints. Work closely with our Operations team and Campaign Operations to communicate CP deadlines and key art delivery schedules, keeping all stakeholders aware of any delivery timing challenges that may arise. If timelines do not align, provide alternative solutions. Ensure best-in-class creative output on all our titles, constantly challenging process and status quo. What We Need From You 10+ years of experience in designing for POS and packaging in the consumer products industry - entertainment experience a plus.
