Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce applications.
  • Create and manage workflows, process automation, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues while ensuring system integrity.
  • Perform data migrations, backups, and ensure Salesforce data integrity.
  • Maintain proper documentation of configurations, development processes, and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security models.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, CI/CD, and version control systems.
  • Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) certification is a plus.
