We’re Hiring: Full-Time Driver & Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Driver & Warehouse Operative to join our busy Twickenham branch. This is a full-time, hands-on role involving driving, deliveries, warehouse duties, and supporting other branches when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out customer and branch-to-branch deliveries in the company van
  • Supporting the Twickenham warehouse operation day-to-day
  • Working at least one day per week in Slough and Stevenage, delivering or assisting with warehouse tasks
  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely (stock handling up to approx. 25kg)
  • Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and running smoothly
  • Providing helpful, friendly service to customers and colleagues
  • Checking stock, restocking products, and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Supporting the showroom team when required (training provided)

What we’re looking for:

  • A friendly, reliable, and proactive team player
  • Confident driving a company van (clean UK driving licence essential)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential (training can be provided)
  • Previous warehouse, trade counter, or delivery experience preferred

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • Travel to Slough and Stevenage required (company van provided)
